What data do we collect?

Technical details: We collect the IP address from which you access our website, the browser version you use to access it, the date and time of access, the website from which you visited our website.
We use cookies, small text files, for example for our online stores or connections to protected areas of our website. Cookies are stored on your computer for a temporary period.

We record usage profiles under a pseudonym using tracking services and cookies, known as third-party cookies. This type of usage profile contains information about visitors to a website. Such information will not allow us to know who you are. You may refuse to have your usage profile produced at any time.
You can adjust your browser settings so that it does not store cookies, or so that they are deleted at the end of your Internet session.

Detailed information on data protection

General

As the party responsible for processing your data, LAFI, 10 avenue des Louvresses 92230 GENNEVILLIERS has put in place a large number of technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data processed via these sites is as secure as possible. Nevertheless, data transfers over the Internet can, in principle, give rise to security breaches, so that total security cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, any person concerned should feel free to send us personal data by other means, e.g. by telephone.

What data do we store and how do we use it?

We record the IP address from which you access our website, the browser version used, the date and time of access and the website from which you accessed our website.
The data recorded by this method will be used for data security purposes and to protect you against hacking attacks on our website infrastructure and for statistical analysis.
This data will not be used to create individual user profiles and will not be passed on to third parties.
Other data will also be recorded as part of your commercial relationship with LAFI: in particular your contact details, address and order details, payment information (exception below).In the case of payment by credit card, your credit card details are not known to LAFI and are therefore not recorded by LAFI. Instead, they are processed by our banking subcontractor (Atos Worldline), which only communicates to us the data concerning acceptance or refusal, debit or credit card imprint, according to a secure standard.

Cookies: Cookies are small data files stored on your web browser. We use cookies for specific functionalities

The session cookies are cookies that are stored on your computer only for the duration of an Internet session and are necessary for transactions. These session cookies are only used to control login and navigation and make browsing our websites user-friendly for you (for example, to manage a purchase when you are logged in to our sales systems). Session cookies will be deleted again when you end your browser session.

For some features, we use persistent cookies, which are stored on your computer for future sessions. This allows you, for example, to retrieve your shopping cart from a previous session, without having explicitly saved it. Their period of validity varies according to the functionality concerned.

Where will my data be processed?
